This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) outlines the rules for using Flickhaven IPTV services. By using our service, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
2. Permitted Use
Flickhaven IPTV is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may: • Stream content for your own personal viewing • Use the service on the number of devices included in your plan • Access all channels and VOD content available in your subscription tier
3. Prohibited Activities
You must NOT: • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the service • Share your login credentials with persons outside your household • Use the service for commercial purposes (e.g. in a pub, hotel, or business) • Attempt to circumvent technical protection measures • Use the service to reproduce or publicly display copyrighted content • Use automated tools or bots to access the service • Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract content streams
4. Account Sharing
Each subscription is limited to one simultaneous stream unless you have purchased a multi-connection plan. Accounts found sharing access externally will be terminated immediately without refund. We monitor concurrent connections and unusual access patterns.
5. Commercial Use
Using Flickhaven IPTV in any commercial setting — including but not limited to pubs, clubs, restaurants, hotels, or offices — is strictly prohibited under our personal-use licence. Commercial licences are available on request; contact us via WhatsApp.
6. Enforcement
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates this AUP, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Accounts terminated for AUP violations are not eligible for refunds under our Refund Policy.
7. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of a violation of this policy, please report it to us via WhatsApp or email at contact@flickhaven.com. We take all reports seriously and investigate promptly.
8. Changes
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
